The Lodge now features onsite dining with the addition of the Cafe at Indian Creek, with Chef Scott Boone and his exceptional cuisine at the helm. Dinner is served Tuesday through Sunday, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and reservations are highly encouraged. Menus and more information are available at the Cafe’s website.
The quaint gold rush town of Weaverville is only 10 minutes away and offers a wide selection of restaurants as well. Looking for something specific? Call us to help with a special picnic lunch, reserve a cozy dinner table for two, or suggest a place for a slice of the north state’s best pizza and craft beer. We are also within easy driving distance of some fine, family owned mountain (described below) wineries that are open and offer tastings year round.
|Alpen Cellars–Small family owned winery in a breathtaking setting off the grid north of Trinity Lake. Father and son Mark and Keith Groves win more than their fair share of prestigious awards for their excellent varietals–they even established their own Trinity Lakes appellation. As asked in Napa Valley “Who are these guys?”|
|One Maple Winery–Ernie and Krystal Bell host a charming tasting room featuring their estate bottled wines. Beautiful grounds on Grass Valley Creek also provide a venue for some top notch musical entertainment during the summer months. On Old Lewiston Road, just six miles from the Lodge.|
