Wading shoes.

Wading shoes are allowed in the rooms but please keep them off the beds.

Arrivals & Departures.

Check-in time is at 3 PM, check out time is 11 AM to facilitate the housekeeping staff preparing the room for the next arriving guest. Please let us know if you require an early check-in or late check out, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please leave your key in the key dropbox outside the lobby if it's before or after office hours.

Boat parking & access

The lodge has a good sized parking lot for drift boat and raft trailer parking. Please let the office staff know you’ll be traveling with a boat. Guests are allowed to take out and put in at our private launch site.

Daily Housekeeping Service

We provide daily housekeeping, if you would not like your room refreshed during your stay simply place your “Privacy Please” tag on the clip outside your door and we will not disturb your room.

Restaurants & dining

Numerous restaurants and services exist in Weaverville, 8 miles from the lodge. A list of all current menus and hours of operation are located in your room. Weaverville also has grocery stores, pharmacies, and other stores.

Quiet Hours

Many of our guests are early risers so quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of our other guests. If you are leaving early, not everyone rises early. If you need assistance after hours, please call (530) 623-6295. If you have a medical emergency please dial 911.

Evening lantern

There is an emergency lantern located on the nightstand in each room. Pull up on the handles and it will illuminate the entire room in case of a power outage.

Smoking

All of our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking of any kind, including medical marijuana, or vaping in the room will result in a $500 charge. You make smoke outside in the designated smoking areas located between building 1 in building 2 and at the very end of building 2. Please dispose of all cigarette and cigar butts in the containers provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Heaters & Air Conditioners

All of our rooms are split HVAC units. You can change the temperature by simply pressing the upward down arrows. If you need any help, please don't hesitate to ask the front desk. Your comfort is our priority.

Seasonal Swimming Pool

The pool is open from Memorial Day to the end of September pool hours are 10 AM to 9 PM. Children must be accompanied by an adult, no running or diving are permitted, and please do not bring any glass into the pool area.

Cell service & internet

Cell service in our beautiful area is spotty because of the mountains. We do not have phones in guestrooms but you may use our business landline in the office and no charge. We do offer satellite Internet, but it too can be challenging at times due to our location and weather. It is usually fine to for checking emails and browsing. If you are trying to play games or stream movies, it will be frustrating not only for you, but for others who are trying to access it.

water, Ice & snacks

The room water is safe to drink. The yard water is for irrigation purposes only. Ice is complimentary and available at the front office. We sell soda and bottled water along with breakfast burritos, snacks, wine, and beer in the office. Box lunches are available to purchase with a 24 hour notice.

reservation policies.

Any reservation made within 30 days of arrival will be automatically charged a prepayment charge of $100.00 towards the total price of your stay and guarantees your room reservation. Any changes to your reservation between now and 72 hours prior will be based on availability.

If you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival you be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of arrival will result in the entire $100 prepayment will be kept as a cancellation fee.

Any No Show reservation will be charged the total charges for the reservation.

Pets

Pets are allowed based on the availability of pet friendly rooms. Up to 2 pets per room with a 50 lb. weight limit. Pet Rate is $25 per day per pet.  If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed you may incur additional charges to cover the costs of repair/cleaning.  Any guest that brings a pet into a non pet-friendly room or leaves a pet unattended will result in a $250 charge.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
